My insight about the result of my Personal Traits test was quite good because I got a total of 44. The questions were all about my attitudes in facing different situation or a particular problem in real life situation. Based on that test I found out how to act appropriately and how to deal nicely with many people especially in the field of making business. It was not easy to become a good businessman. There are lots of attitudes that you need to acquire. Being good in academic or being an intelligent was not enough in getting your dreams in life. Our personal attitudes in real life scenario have a great impact and have a great role in molding us to become a better person. Having a good friends are also great achievements in life. They will play different role in our life. In the fields of Business especially in “Technopreneur“ I should have the attitudes that can really help me to become a successful businessman. From the test that I took it made me realized that developing our personal attitudes can lead me into the field of having better life in the coming future. I also realized that in our daily lives if we were in the midst of problem we should not be panic. What we should need to do is to relax and be open-minded. We will think what will be the solution of that problem and if we can’t think any solution call a friend, a friend that will give you a piece of advice and if do you think that it will help you to solve the problem then go for it. “Two heads is better than one.” In every problem there will be a solution for it. What you need to do is just look for it and when you already found it then make an action. Environment was also a part of developing and shaping our personal characteristic. When we are living in a particular place of course you will adopt their culture and ways of living. In the Personal traits test there was a question involving money. Money was of course very important in our daily living but for me what is the most important is the relationship that we gained in dealing with others. The respect of others and in every night we can sleep peacefully. We should be careful in money because once we will put money as our top priority it will lead in destruction. Yes in destruction, because once we love money so much we will force to do anything to have it even stepping in the rights of others. Many people doing crime because of poverty and their environment are also full of negative energy so they tend to do crime. They are thinking that it was the only way to survive. Me personally I thank our Almighty God that he gave me a God-fearing family and they teach us to do what is right and even we are in the middle of crisis we will solve it in the way that pleases God. It is good to have millions or even billions of money as long as you made it in a good way.
My Personal experiences were really helpful in unfolding history. We should not fear in making mistakes because no one is perfect. When I am answering the Personal Traits test I based it in my own experiences therefore I find easy answering on it. When I was a child I am living in the presence of my very loving grandmother and my very supporting grandfather because my father was died so early. I am very thankful to them for showing their love for me but I am longing in living together with my sister, mother and father. Sometimes I felt jealous to my friend when I saw the bonding between their fathers. From that experienced I promised myself to become a good father in the coming future and spending the rest of my life to my future family. How many times I made wrong decisions, made wrong actions and become very irresponsible for the easy and hard task they gave to me I accepted all of it and I also made a promised that I next time I encountered same experiences I will able to make it right. They are a big help to me because of it I became strong and confident in facing every challenges that will come. I will do my best to achieve my goal in life and I will become more open-minded in every scenario that will come.
Knowing our weaknesses is also very important aspect in our life. Each of us has own weaknesses. Am I right? Me personally I have so many weaknesses. I am lazy, very passive, immature, irresponsible and many more. Having these attitudes and letting them reign in our life will surely lead us in the way that we don’t want to be. For me pride is a kind of attitudes that blocks our way in getting our goal in life. I personally had it but I am really working on it to convert it into positive. When I am in the situation that my pride was already touched I will pause first in a while and think carefully before making an action. If I am weighed things already and I found out that they are right then accept it but when they are wrong let’s see. I am very concerned for these weaknesses that I have and I really want to change. I am willing to change because only change is constant in this world. In the field of business there is no room for mistake so as early as I should discipline myself and I will be more responsible in every task that will be given to me.
Knowing our strengths were also a great help for us in achieving our goals and dreams in life. God gave us different characteristics, abilities and knowledge. We should know in what field we are strong so that we can easily work for it. When we are good in analysis then IT is the best for you if you find difficulties on it then what do you think is the best to do? For my case, I am really good in programming maybe in Math I have the chance to pass on it. So since I am already a third year irregular I decided to pursue on it. I know that it will be easy for me to achieve this goal but I love challenge so come what may. If you will know already your strengths continue work on it, mold it and develop it in the best way possible. Skills are waiting for you to be discovered. “When you don’t have the things that you had wish before explore another things to have it.”
Knowing my limitation When you were already knew your weaknesses and strengths then it is not hard for you to know your limitations. When we were already starting a kind of business or something a project then at the end we will notice that you are not gaining then that time you need to decide to stop it and try another. In business you really need to take a risk but make it sure that you weighed it appropriately. The important on this is to know where and when to stop.Circle of Friends. As what I have said they are really important and really have a unique role in our life. Since I was young I really have many friends. I love to travel anywhere because of it I became flexible in dealing different people. I really value the friendship that we build together. I treasured every moment that we had spent together, the jokes, the bond and the naughtiness that we made. I really miss it. What I really love in having friends is the give and take relationship. When I have a problem I will surely call them and ask for an advice. When the times that we are alone and we need someone to be with we can easily call our friends. You can have many friends if you want but true friends are rare to find. Best friend sometimes will be your best enemy. Be careful always. If you find your true friends keep them forever.
Family back ground. Our parents were our first teacher they molded our characteristics being a responsible person in the coming future. The family plays their role to guide us in the right path. When we are living together with our family and having good relationship towards them is the best way for shaping our characteristics as a good person. Our attitudes will definitely affects in the way they disciplined us. It is very important to have a family that can really support us not only in financial matter but especially who can encourage us to do right in when we are in the middle of darkness and emptiness. When are already mature and can stand alone of course we need to become independent and that time we will apply everything that they taught to us. We will be test if we are capable enough to face every challenge in the coming future.
The most important of all is to have intimate relationship to our Almighty God. When we are a good christian not only by name but we are also applying it in our daily living we can surely lead us in the way that we want to be.
